Dalata has announced that they have completed the purchase of Whites Hotel in wexford and Pillo Hotel in Galway.
The group announced they would take over Whites in October 2014 along with the Clayton Hotel in Galway. The hotel boasts 157 rooms along with a leisure centre and spa.
Whites went into receivership in 2009 and was put on the market by Ulster Bank. The deal is worth 31.7 million, the Irish Times reports.
The Pillo Hotel purchase is worth 10.5 million. The hotel is located close to Galway city centre and has 104 rooms.
