Dalata has acquired a site located at 38 Charlemont Street in Dublin adjacent to its currently under development Clayton Hotel for approximately €500,000.
The 0.2 acre site features a 120 square metre, two-storey, semi-detached property previously occupied by retailer Lovely Touch. According to The Irish Times, the company is expected to submit plans for a café and an additional two bedrooms on the first floor, which will be part of the hotel next door.
The four-star 180-bedroom Clayton Hotel Charlemont, which is scheduled to open in November of 2018, will include a bar, restaurant, fitness suite, executive boardroom and two large meeting rooms.
