The five-star Heritage Hotel of Killenard, Co. Laois, has hit the market for a guiding price of over €9 million.
As reported by The Irish Times, the current guiding price is far greater than the €5.5 million that the current owners paid for the venue in 2014.
Encompassing 98 bedrooms, wedding, conference and banqueting facilities, six meeting rooms, a 50-seater cinema/auditorium as well as a gym, health club and spa, The Heritage Hotel is also a popular destination for golf tourists due to its adjacent Seve Ballesteros-designed 18-hole golf course.
