The four-star Roe Park Resort of Limavady, Co. Derry, has unveiled a new wedding and function suite following an investment of £500,000.
The resort's main function room, the Roe Park Suite, can now accommodate more than 300 guests in one sitting.
Additionally, the suite now features a private entrance and bar area, and is totally self-contained.
The grounds have also been extensively redesigned and landscaped to include a wedding gazebo and a private outdoor reception area, along with grassed game space, for outdoor ceremonies.
"Delighted"
Roe Park Resort general manager Mike Marshall commented, "We're delighted to see this important project come to fruition in time for the summer season...The wedding market is ever evolving, and our investment is in direct response to growing customer demand not only for weddings, but from the corporate market, particularly conferences and large-scale events."
The £500,000 refurbishment programme also involved a revamp of the resort's 118 bedrooms.
