Co. Cork's Ballymaloe House Hotel has been named a 2021 Good Hotel Guide (GHG) Editor's Choice Foodie Destination.
Ballymaloe House is one of only 10 Editor's Choice Foodie hotels in the publication.

Ballymaloe House head chef Dervilla O'Flynn stated, "At the end of a turbulent year for our industry, this award gives us great confidence going into 2021 that we're still offering a luxury experience for our guests which is worthy of international recognition.
"In 2020, we introduced an a la carte menu for the first time, which has been very well received. Our food at Ballymaloe is always focussed on superb ingredients from passionate local producers, along with our harvest from our own gardens and farm. It is really encouraging when respected publications such as Good Hotel Guide recognise the flair and innovation we bring to these ingredients every day."
