Co. Tipperary's Raheen House hotel is being put on the market by CBRE with a guide price in excess of €1.8 million.
The three-star, 15-bedroom manor hotel, located in Clonmel, is a popular destination for weddings and includes 3.5 acres of adjacent designer gardens, as reported by The Irish Times.
Raheen House also includes a restaurant that seats 40 people, a function room with a capacity of 140 that has its own private bar, and private terraces outside each of its ground floor rooms.
Commenting on the hotel's sale, John Hughes of CBRE said that he expects keen interest from both Irish and overseas buyers due to the venue being a "magnificent and historic property" with plenty of potential to expand its business.
