Co. Waterford's five-star Cliff House Hotel has announced the appointment of Cork native Patrick Shields as its new general manager.

Shields succeeds former Cliff House Hotel general manager Adriaan Bartels, who commented, "It has been a pleasure to be part of the journey of this exceptional, innovative brand, working with some of the best people in the industry, many of whom have become friends for life.
