Commercial real estate services firm CBRE is guiding a price of €12.3 million for the newly-completed 51-bedroom Staycity Aparthotel on Dublin's Chancery Lane.
According to The Irish Times, CBRE is offering the prospective purchaser of the property the opportunity to secure a net initial yield of 4.5%.
Staycity Lease Agreement
The property is securely let to international aparthotel group Staycity on a new 25-year lease agreement under the group's core Staycity brand.
