Commercial real estate services firm CBRE is seeking offers of over €4 million for Butlers Townhouse guesthouse of Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
The three-storey Victorian townhouse includes 20 guest bedrooms, which are a mixture of standard, twin and deluxe suites.
"A Rare Opportunity"
The Irish Times quotes director at CBRE's hotel division John Hughes as saying, "The sale of Butlers Townhouse offers a rare opportunity to acquire an established boutique guest accommodation business in the heart of Dublin's affluent Ballsbridge."
