Co. Limerick's Adare Manor has announced that Brendan O'Connor has been appointed as its general manager.
Work Experience
O'Connor joined the Adare Manor team in 2015 as director of food and beverage, and was subsequently promoted to resident manager. Before he began working at Adare Manor, O'Connor worked in senior management roles at a number of hotels including Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman, Co. Kerry's Sheen Falls Lodge and New York's Waldorf Astoria.
