Belfast hoteliers Ben and Peter Ringland have received planning permission to develop a new £1 million rooftop bar and restaurant at their hotel on the city's Howard Street.
The new development at The Flint hotel, which the pair opened in June of 2018, will have seating for up to 220 people.
Construction Schedule
Construction work on the new bar and restaurant is expected to commence within the next three to four months to ready the development for an official opening in the summer of 2020.
