Adare Manor in Co. Limerick has confirmed that chef Loughlin Druhan will head the hotel's 100-strong culinary team after its reopening later this year following a major refurbishment.
Druhan has been working as 'Pre-Opening Director of Culinary' at the five-star resort since June last year and he will continue in the role after it reopens its door in Q4 2017.
Druhan has enjoy a distinguished career spanning the continents of Europe, North America, Africa and Asia, stating that his philosophy for all food and beverage is: “Quality of Product”, “Taste” and “Presentation”.
His previous posts include Director of Food & Beverage of Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Executive Chef of Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton in both Dubai, Cairo and Bahrain, as well as other positions at leading hotels and restaurants in the U.S., Ireland, United Kingdom and France, including the K-Club.
