The Park Hotel of Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, has announced that it will be launching a new ballroom in mid-2019.
The ballroom is part of a €500,000 refurbishment project that began last year.
Park Hotel general manager Declan Moriarty commented, "We have invested significantly in the hotel, improving our lobby, bedrooms and the leisure centre. Improvements will continue in the Garden Restaurant and our ballroom which will be launched in mid-2019."
New Appointments
The hotel has also announced a number of new additions to its management team. Larry Bowe has been appointed deputy general manager and Padraic Scully is the venue's new executive head chef, while Clodagh Hennebry has taken on the role of front office manager and Roisin Jordon is now leading the hotel's food and beverage department.
