The UK will drop all of its remaining COVID-19-related international travel restrictions from 4am on Friday 18 March, according to a statement published on Gov.uk.
Tests, Locator Forms And Hotel Quarantine
No individual entering the UK will be required to take COVID-19 tests or complete a passenger locator form from 4am on Friday 18 March, and remaining managed hotel quarantine capacity will be fully stood down from the end of this month, according to the statement published on Gov.uk.
Contingency Plans
The statement published on Gov.uk also stated that contingency plans have been put in place to manage any future COVID-19 variants of concern.
