Tourism Ireland has unveiled a new online video featuring author and Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin.
Martin was in Ireland last month to accept an International Recognition Award as part of this year's Irish Book Awards, and Tourism Ireland took the opportunity to interview Martin about what it was like to return to Northern Ireland and reconnect with the real life locations that brought the characters, scenes and stories from his books to life on screen in Game of Thrones.
A Showcase Of Northern Irish Landscapes
The video, which you can view below, showcases Northern Ireland's landscapes and some of the locations featured in Game of Thrones, including Binevenagh, Downhill Beach, Carnlough, Castle Ward and Tollymore Forest.
