Tourism Ireland is attending ITB Asia, a travel trade show in the Asia-Pacific region, for the first time ever this week.

Now in its 15th year, ITB Asia is a three-day event and a meeting place to network and do business with the travel trade. Tourism Ireland will hold one-to-one appointments and networking sessions at its booth at ITB Asia, meeting Asian buyers from the leisure, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and events) and corporate travel sectors.

Aisling McDermott, Tourism Ireland’s manager for Asia and Middle East, said, “We are delighted to have a presence at ITB Asia for the first time ever this year. It’s a really good opportunity to showcase Ireland to the influential Asian travel professionals in attendance, helping to secure a greater share of their business for the island of Ireland in 2023 and beyond.”
