Tourism Ireland recently showcased the island of Ireland’s golf offering at an event called ‘Night of Luxury’, which was organised by Invited (formerly ClubCorp) and took place at the Stonebriar Country Club in Dallas, Texas. The theme of the event was ‘Taste and Travel the World’.
Details
This year, Tourism Ireland is partnering with Invited, which owns and operates over 200 country clubs, golf clubs, city clubs and stadium clubs throughout the United States and Mexico. With around 400,000 affluent customers in the Invited network, the new partnership is another opportunity to highlight the island of Ireland in the US market. As well as live events, activity with Invited will include digital promotions.
Highlighting the island of Ireland’s golf offering is a major focus for Tourism Ireland in the United States, and in other important golf markets around the world. Key messages include the return of the Open to Royal Portrush in 2025 and the Ryder Cup, taking place at Adare Manor in 2027.
