A luxury travel networking event organised by Tourism Ireland took place in Paris last week.
The event involved four tourism companies from the island of Ireland meeting, and doing business with, ten French travel agents who specialise in luxury travel.
The event provided the Irish delegation with the opportunity to promote and sell their products and services to the French travel agents, who design unique, luxury travel itineraries for their high net-worth international clients.
Aiming To Enthuse
Tourism Ireland's manager for southern Europe, Monica MacLaverty, commented, "[This] workshop in Paris is an excellent opportunity to showcase our luxury tourism offering to French luxury travel buyers. Our aim is to really enthuse these influential travel agents, who design luxury travel programmes for their clients, about the island of Ireland, helping to secure a greater share of their business in 2020 and beyond."
