Synge & Byrne, the family-owned artisanal cafe brand, has opened in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. The coffee chain was founded in 2013 by two brothers who have been in the cafe business for over 22 years.
The brand now operates 16 locations across Ireland and plans to expand across the country in the coming year.
“Our cafes have always been a place where people can relax, recharge, and enjoy excellent coffee and delicious food, and we are excited to offer those ‘little moments of happiness’ to the Blanchardstown community,” said Damien Garvey, co-founder and director of Synge & Byrne.
“With its vibrant mix of shops and services, this is the perfect location for what will be our 16th location and our first cafe in Dublin.”
The Blanchardstown Synge & Byrne cafe will feature a speciality coffee and iced-drink menu to suit all tastes, freshly prepared sandwiches and wraps, seasonal soups, salads, and a wide range of quiches and pies, alongside the famous L’Artisan sausage roll.
Customers can also enjoy a selection of freshly baked pastries and sweet treats from the Synge & Byrne bakery each day. The new store is situated in Units 161-163, close to Dunnes Stores, in the Green Mall.
“We are really looking forward to serving our tasty food and signature artisan coffee to those taking a break in the midst of a busy day,” said Garvey.
