Swiss International Air Lines has announced that it will recommence its service between Cork Airport and Zurich service from Sunday July 5.
The service will recommence as a once a week service initially, and will arriving into Cork Airport at 0845 before subsequently departing from Cork at 0935.

Cork Airport managing director Niall MacCarthy commented, "We are thrilled to see Swiss take off again from Cork Airport this summer. It is a testament to Swiss International Air Lines confidence in the Cork-Zurich route and the market we have nurtured. We are confident that Swiss will help our efforts to reboot tourism across the south of Ireland and add to Cork Airport's track record of bringing significant numbers of holiday and business visitors to the south of Ireland region."
Health And Safety Measures
In line with Irish government guidelines, Cork Airport and Swiss require customers to wear a face mask or face covering throughout their entire journey from arrival at Cork Airport, during the flight to exiting the terminal building at their destination. Passengers are advised to bring enough masks for the duration of their journey. Face masks are also available to purchase from vending machines at Cork Airport.
This is in addition to a range of health and safety measures that have been implemented at Cork Airport in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
