Employees of Sodexo and Carton House have won IHI awards.
Sodexo
Colette Carew, a business manager for Sodexo Ireland, won the "Catering Manager of the Year Award" at the 2022 IHI Hospitality Management Awards.
David Fox, managing director, Sodexo Ireland, said, "Congratulations to Colette on her well-deserved win. Carton House
Meanwhile, Gary Rogers from Fairmont, Carton House was awarded "Best Executive Chef" at the IHI Awards.
