SkyWest Airlines Purchases 16 E175 Jets From Plane Maker Embraer

Brazilian plane maker Embraer SA has said that it has completed the sale of 16 new jets to US airline SkyWest.

The 16 jets are E175 jets that have been sold to SkyWest in a contract worth $798.4 million.

CPA Contract

Embraer said that the new planes will be operated exclusively by Delta Air Lines, which SkyWest serves, under a CPA contract. They will be included in Embraer's order book for the third quarter, it said.
