Ryanair is celebrating the first flights on its new Shannon services to Bristol and Liverpool, which will operate as part of its summer 2018 schedule, and will operate alongside a new twice-weekly service to Reus, which commenced in March. Ryanair’s Shannon Summer 2018 schedule will deliver:
– Three new routes to Bristol (two weekly), Liverpool (three weekly) and Reus (two weekly)
– 15 total routes
– 48 weekly flights
– 800,000 customers p.a.
Head of Aviation Development at Shannon Airport Declan Power commented, “These are two services that many members of the public were keen to see back on the agenda and we are delighted that Ryanair has answered the call. Ryanair is a very significant player not just for Shannon Airport but this region, as reflected in the number of services they will operate from Shannon this year. Our ask is now that we have the services back, that the public takes advantage of them and makes the most of them.”
