Passengers numbers at Ryanair were up by 21 per cent in November copared to last year, as the airline flew 99.9 million passengers in the past 12 months.
The near-100 million claim comes as the carrier released its November figures, showing a 21 per cent increase to 7.71 million passengers and load factor jumped to 93 per cent from 88 per cent.
Speaking about the results, Ryanair's chief marketing officer, Kenny Jacobs, said: "These record monthly numbers and load factors are due to our lower fares, our stronger forward bookings and the continuing success of our Always Getting Better customer experience programme, which continues to deliver stronger than expected traffic and load factors."
The airline is set to introduce a new website, app, crew uniform and inflight menu over the next 12 months.
