Ryanair has announced that it will be operating five new routes out of Dublin airport during the summer of 2018.
As reported by the Irish Independent, the airline plans to reinstate a direct service to Marrakech, as well as expanding its schedule to include double daily flights to Munich International, a daily Stuttgart route and direct services to Naples and Paphos.
This will bring the total number of routes run by Ryanair out of Dublin Airport to 90 next summer, with an estimated 12.9 million people expected to avail of the airline's services in 2018.
Commenting on the news, DAA chief executive Kevin Toland said, "The combination of Ryanair's new routes and extensions to its services means that Ryanair will grow its overall Dublin Airport summer traffic by 4% next year."
Customers can book passage on the new routes from September. The Munich and Stuttgart services will commence operations this winter with the rest following suit in the summer.
