Robert Nolan Appointed Executive Head Chef At Trump International Golf Links & Hotel, Ireland

Trump International Golf Links & Hotel, Ireland, has announced the appointment of Robert Nolan as the new executive head chef.

In his new role, Nolan will lead the culinary vision of the resort, overseeing all dining outlets with an emphasis on sustainable practices and sourcing local ingredients. Hs philosophy revolves around creating dishes that not only excite the palate but also tell a story, drawing inspiration from Ireland's rich culinary heritage and global influences.

Trump International Golf Links & Hotel Ireland, Doonbeg, was named Ireland's Best Golf Hotel at the World Golf Awards in 2024. It was also a recipient of Condé Nast Traveler's 2024 Readers' Choice Award for Best Resorts in Europe.

Nolan joins Trump Ireland from his role as executive sous chef at Carton House, a Fairmont-managed property. His career background includes leadership roles at establishments such as The Conrad Hotel and The Merrion Hotel, where he honed his ability to balance tradition with contemporary cuisine.
