Its success to date has now led to the development of a second ‘Click & Collect’ portal in Pallas Foods’ Newcastle West base, which conveniently serves the Limerick, Clare, Kerry and Tipperary areas.
Customers of the service can view a wide range of products online at www.pallascollect.ie from an extensive range of locally-sourced and international products, and can then select their own pick-up time and pick-up day with a simple click of a button. Customers using the ‘Click & Collect’ service can also pay online or hold their order to pay with cash on collection, making this new system invaluable in terms of time saving and user satisfaction.
Speaking about the launch of Pallas ‘Click & Collect’ in Newcastle West, marketing manager Phillip Monks said: "We want to provide foodservice and retail customers such as cafés, fast food outlets and ethnic restaurants with a quick and easy solution to order products at a time that suits their business requirements.
