The Year of the Gathering will be coming to an end this New Year's Eve and will be celebrated with musical acts by Madness, The Strypes and Ryan Sheridan in College Green, Dublin.
Trinity College will be lit up with vibrant 3D projections that will be broadcast live on RTÉ One television.
The event will be hosted by Miriam O'Callaghan, Laura Whitmore, Daithí O'Se and Sinead Kennedy.
