Sodexo has announced the appointment of Niall Hill as head of food for Sodexo Ireland.
Hill will be responsible for driving the company’s culture of food service excellence and the continuing development of its culinary teams on client sites.

Background
A native of Dublin, Niall holds an MSc in Applied Culinary Nutrition from TU Dublin and a BA in Botanical Cuisine and has just completed a postgraduate in Sustainability Leadership in Business.
Niall is also a part-time associate lecturer in TU Dublin, Tallaght campus, where he has been involved in designing a co-created module called ‘The Mindful Kitchen- Creative Food Sustainability’ to engage student chef creativity in developing a sustainability mindset.
