Tourism Ireland in Germany has unveiled a new video that celebrates the fact that The Open is taking place this week at Royal Portrush, and showcases Northern Ireland and its golf offering to German holiday-makers.
The video stars German goalkeeper Sepp Maier, who was invited to visit Northern Ireland by Tourism Ireland earlier this year.

Tourism Ireland's manager for central Europe, Peter Nash, commented, "We were delighted to collaborate with Sepp Maier on this new video showcasing Northern Ireland. He's an enormously popular and recognised figure in Germany, so this video is a great opportunity for us to highlight Northern Ireland and the superb golf here to potential holiday-makers in Germany, and to his many fans everywhere.
"Tourism Ireland is rolling out an extensive programme of promotions in Germany, and elsewhere around the world, to highlight Northern Ireland and The 148th Open at Royal Portrush."
