The McDonald's outlet located at at Mary Street, part of Jervis Street Shopping complex, which is currently nearly 19 years into a 35 year lease, has hit the market for a guiding price of €18.5 million.
As reported by The Irish Times, the three-story property includes 516 square metres of retail space, as well as two floors of office accommodation encompassing a further 529 square metros.
Natalie Brennan of CBRE, who's overseeing the sale, believes that the premises is likely to attract attention from both Irish and foreign investors who wish to acquire retail space with a long, secure income.
