Thousands of hotel items, including the magnificent entrance to the iconic Berkeley Court Hotel Ballsbridge, are to be sold at auction this Saturday 5 March in Newbridge.
The auction, which will take place at 11:00 a.m. at Unit 1c Toughers Business Park, Newbridge, Co Kildare will feature items from renowned premises such as the aforementioned Berkeley Court Hotel, and Belmont House Hotel Knock, Stillorgan Park Hotel, the Bank of Ireland Baggot Street and several other sources.
The huge collection on sale includes lighting, carpets, curtains, flooring, catering equipment, stained glass, bedroom furniture, oak panelling, chairs and seating, bar counters, and many decorative interior items.
Items from the Berkeley Court Hotel also include its Banquet Room and Brasserie furnishings, complete with carpets.
Viewing will take place on Thursday from 2-6, Friday from 10-7 and Saturday from 8 a.m. All lots to be sold without reserve. Bid in person, by phone or by commissioned bid.
