Jet2 Records £111.2m Loss For The Six Month Period That Ended On September 30

British holiday and airline group Jet2 has said that the COVID-19 pandemic pushed it into a £111.2 million loss during the six months ended that ended on September 30, and forecast an uncertain winter.

Down From A Profit

Jet2's operating loss for the half-year period compares to the £361.5 million profit it made in the year earlier before COVID-19.

Winter Seat Capacity

Jet2 said that for the current winter period it expects to fly approximately 50% of last year's seat capacity.
