ITIC’s Flagship Tourism Conference To Take Place On 27 April

The flagship conference of the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) will take place on 27 April at Dublin’s Croke Park, according to a statement published on the ITIC’s website.

According to the statement published on the ITIC’s website, the conference will be called ‘A Sustainable Recovery in a Competitive World’, and it will be moderated by broadcaster Dearbhail McDonald, who will discuss the government’s tourism policies and priorities with Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media Catherine Martin.

Additionally, the statement published on the ITIC’s website noted that economist David McWilliams, virologist Luke O’Neill, AIB CEO Colin Hunt, Aer Lingus CEO Lynne Embleton, IATA director general Willie Walsh, ITIC’s Ruth Andrews, Fáilte Ireland’s Jenny De Saulles and Tourism Ireland’s Niall Gibbons will all speak at the event, and the conference will also include a special recognition award for an Irish tourism hero.
