Hospitality Expo 2024 (HEX24) takes place next Tuesday and Wednesday, 20-21 February, at the RDS Dublin, in both the Main and Industries halls.
The free two-day event promises plenty of exciting features, expert speakers, demos, and 200 exhibitors from every corner of the industry.
‘Immersive Experience’
“Hospitality Expo aims to provide an immersive experience for attendees,” said Francis McGinley, head of commercial for the event.
“From masterclasses in sustainability to in-depth discussions on the latest trends in food with Neven Maguire, we have curated a comprehensive programme that reflects the current and future directions of the hospitality industry.”
Attendees can look forward to:
• four stages – the Hospitality Stage, the Tech & Innovation Stage, the Sustainability Stage, and the Chef Stage;
• expert advice from industry leaders, such as Bank of Ireland, Deloitte, and Crowe;
• networking opportunities with 200 exhibitors showcasing the latest in payment systems, sustainable packaging, AI-powered financial tools, and more; and
• chef demonstrations hosted by Aisling Larkin, featuring renowned chefs from around the country.

The chef demonstration line-up, which has just been announced, features Aisling Larkin as host.
Aisling will treat visitors to a demonstration of her own on each day, joined by chefs from around the country, who will showcase everything from the finest Irish seafood to African flavours, and much more revenue-raising menu inspiration.
Exhibitor Stands
During the event, 200 exhibitor stands will fill the Main and Industries halls of the RDS, showcasing everything from outdoor stone kitchens, crystal, silverware and crockery to cutting-edge payment systems, sustainable packaging, cost-cutting waste management, AI-powered financial tools, and the very finest food and beverages.
In line with its commitment to sustainability, e-ticketing will replace traditional paper tickets, and digital screens will replace printed stage backdrops.
