Airlines including Air France-KLM Group, SAS, and IAG’s British Airways won European Union court appeals against their share of a €799.4 million antitrust fine for colluding on air-cargo fuel and security surcharges.
The EU’s General Court said regulators blundered when they issued the fines five years ago.
All airlines fined except for Qantas Airways fought against the penalties.
