The development of Dublin's new Clerys Quarter on the site of the former Clery's store on the capital's O'Connell Street, which will include a number of hospitality venues, is expected to be completed in early 2022.
Food and Beverage Units And Hotel
The new Clerys Quarter, the development of which is being undertaken by Core Capital, Oakmount and Europa Capital, will include an 18,000 square foot panoramic rooftop restaurant and bar as well as five other food and beverage units and a 213-bed four-star hotel, which, it is understood, will be run by Press Up Hospitality Group, as reported by The Irish Independent.
Retail And Office Space
Clerys Quarter will also include 60,000 square feet of retail space and 92,600 square feet of office space.
