Co. Galway's Delphi Lodge hotel and Dublin's Dax Restaurant have been added to Ireland's Blue Book collection of country houses, historic hotels and restaurants for 2021.
The addition of these two venues brings the total number of properties in Ireland's Blue Book collection to 57.

Delphi Lodge manager Michael Wade stated, "Ireland's Blue Book is a wonderful collection of beautiful historic properties. We are delighted to have our country house join the association."
Meanwhile, Ireland's Blue Book chairperson Laura Bowe commented, "I am delighted to welcome Dax Restaurant and Delphi Lodge to Ireland's Blue Book. It has been a challenging year for our industry, and I would like to thank our loyal customers for their continued support. I hope they will enjoy getting to know Dax Restaurant, Delphi Lodge and our enticing collection of Blue properties and restaurants nationwide in the year to come."
