Dublin-based air carrier Cityjet has confirmed that it is seeking advice from its auditors, Deloitte, and other parties about how to navigate its way through the COVID-19 crisis.
Cityjet primarily operates short-haul services under contract to other European airlines such as SAS and Air France-KLM, which have grounded the majority of their fleets due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Reviewing Activities And Speaking With Agencies And Stakeholders
According to The Irish Times, Cityjet said that it is reviewing its activities and speaking with "external agencies and stakeholders in relation to guidance and support during this period, including [its] auditors, Deloitte".
Cityjet stated that it recognises the importance of receiving advice from its stakeholders and auditors about "navigating its way through this difficult period of inactivity" as well as about preparing to restart its operations when the time to do so arrives.
