A new easyJet service from Belfast International Airport to Antalya in Turkey has been announced.

According to a statement published on BelfastAirport.com, the new service will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Sundays from 26 March.

The statement published on BelfastAirport.com quotes easyJet UK country manager Ali Gaywardas saying, "We're delighted to announce this new route from Belfast International Airport for the summer and to provide our customers with an even wider range of fantastic destinations to enjoy. We are proud to be the largest airline in Northern Ireland and remain committed to strengthening our unrivalled short-haul network and providing affordable and convenient connections for our customers across the UK, all with great value fares and the warm welcome that our crew are famous for."
The statement published on BelfastAirport.com also quotes Belfast International Airport business development director Uel Hoey as saying, "Antalya is a pivotal addition to the overall easyJet network from Belfast International Airport and will capitalise on the perennial popularity of Turkey as a holiday destination for Northern Ireland travellers. Allied to the recent addition of Rhodes this further bolsters the reach of easyJet and easyJet holidays as they continue to grow their presence in Belfast for 2023."
