Following the announcement last month that both Avoca and restaurateur Dylan McGrath would be opening new eateries at a new Dublin 4 complex called One Ballsbridge, it’s now been revealed that aviation giant Avolon will be establishing a new headquarters in the largest of the development’s three buildings.
According to The Irish Times, Avolon will pay a rent of €624 per square metre on a 25-year lease with a break option in year 20 for its new headquarters, which will encompass a total of 6,965 square metres.
Aisling Tannam of Cushman & Wakefield stated that One Ballsbridge appealed particularly to aircraft-leasing companies due to the fact that two of its blocks offer “brand new space with 3,000 square foot floor plates, which are extremely difficult to find in the Dublin market.”
Individual floors of these two blocks have also been leased to Cmig Aviation, which is a part of the China Minsheng Group, and another as-yet-unidentified aircraft-leasing company.
