Health conscious fast food chain Freshii has expanded its presence in the Republic of Ireland with the addition of two new branches at Applegreen garages on the M1 at Lusk and on the M7 at Portlaoise.
As noted by The Irish Times, the opening of these outlets brings the total number of Freshii restaurants in Ireland to 11, while the company has also generated 50 new jobs between its four Applegreen locations over the last year.
Applegreen head of operations, Conor Lucey, commented: "The healthy eating option, Freshii, in Lusk North and Enfield West have proved extremely popular to date and we're delighted to be able to offer more of what our customers want to further sites, with a focus on healthy eating in a food-to-go environment."
