Newry-based sandwich firm Around Noon has signed a £5 million contract to supply its selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and fruit tops to Topaz's 160 Re.Store outlets in the Republic of Ireland.
According to The Belfast Telegraph, Around Noon, which has been operating for 25 years, will supply its products to Topaz under its Scribbles brand. Commenting on the contract, Around Noon chief executive Gareth Chambers said, "We are delighted to be working with Topaz to launch a fresh new grab and go range of artisan food."
Around Noon currently produces more than 60 different food products and was named one of the UK's fastest-growing companies in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 December, while Topaz is one of Ireland's largest forecourt operators, running 444 forecourts across the Republic and Northern Ireland.
