1 October is Ireland's National Potato Day, and to mark the occasion, Deliveroo and Scoop Dessert Parlour have collaborated to make potato milk ice cream.

The rosemary and potato gelato is made with potato milk and fresh rosemary, and will be available for a limited time via Deliveroo from 1 October.
