Cross Refrigeration has announced an investment in foodservice equipment specialist Martin Food Equipment.

Cross Refrigeration stated, "Cross Refrigeration has today announced it has made a significant investment in Martin Food Equipment. The investment means that Cross Refrigeration now has a majority interest in the foodservice equipment specialists, complementing its overall client service offering. The new partnership means that both businesses can combine their expertise in refrigeration engineering and foodservice experience to create a solid platform for future growth.
"Both businesses will continue to operate independently with their full teams. Currently, Cross Refrigeration employs 120 people with Martin Food Equipment employing 75 people."
