Independent caterer BaxterStorey Ireland has appointed Alan Russell as its managing director.
Russell has over 25 years of experience in the industry, with his most recent position being at Gather & Gather. His focuses at BaxterStorey Ireland will be growing the business and talent attraction and retention.

Russell stated, "I am delighted to be taking up the role of managing director at such a progressive and innovative business as BaxterStorey. Over the next twelve months, we will see the launch of some exciting nutrition and sustainability initiatives, as well as continued investment in training for our employees. I'm looking forward to working closely with our senior management team to continue pushing the boundaries of foodservice excellence."
