Summer isn't over yet, not technically, but we're already looking ahead to some seriously delicious meals this autumn. From the most exclusive high-end pop- ups around the globe to the best Parisian bookshop cafe, here are 22 of the fall's most exciting openings. You'll want to make sure they're on your radar.
1. Richard Caring’s hotly anticipated, though unfortunately named seafood restaurant, Sexy Fish, will open on London’s Berkeley Square in October. Expect Asian flavors from chef Ben Orpwood (of Sydney’s Daniel San) and seriously flashy design from the business tycoon behind The Ivy, Le Caprice, and Soho House, including installations by Frank Gehry and a massive coral reef tank. LONDON
2. Hoppers is named for the delicious crepe made from a batter of coconut milk and fermented rice, better known as appam, and eaten all over Sri Lanka and southern India. The Londonrestaurant, scheduled to open in October, is the latest project from Karam, Sunaina, and Jyotin Sethi, the family behind the immensely popular Gymkhana, and will serve the eponymous dish alongside fancier things like biryani. LONDON
3. Bruno Loubet’s vegetable-forward Grain Store will open a new location at Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal in an effort to make your London layovers less excruciating. The cafe, which is planning a November opening, will be designed by the same team behind the original Grain Store, Savoy Grill, and Quaglino’s. WEST SUSSEX, ENGLAND
4. In Bray, Heston Blumenthal has plans to reopen The Fat Duck (which was closed and renovated while the team ran its Melbourne pop-up) later this month. The restaurant will offer a brand-new menu and a new style of service. BRAY, ENGLAND
5. The famous Parisian bookshop Shakespeare & Company has taken over a space just next door on Rue Bucherie and partnered with Bob’s Bake Shop to open a cafe in October. You’ll find literary-themed snacks (including some gluten-free and vegan items) along with Berthillon ice cream. PARIS
6. Along Dubai’s glamorous waterfront, English super chef Jason Atherton is expanding his culinary empire with Marina Social inside the InterContinental (Dubai Marina location). The restaurant will served a menu of British-accented Mediterranean small plates from an open kitchen, and promises to maintain a vast selection of whiskey. DUBAI

This one will be in Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm, a luxury resort and water park on a strip of beach that’s already home to a Japanese restaurant from chef Nobu Matsuhisa and an Italian restaurant from Giorgio Locatelli. DUBAI
8. Masaharu Morimoto will open his first ramen restaurant, Momosan Ramen & Sake, in midtown Manhattan later this year, which means all those dark, damp fall days will be tempered with Iron Chef-level noodles in meaty broths and a well-curated list of sake and sochu.NEW YORK
9. The chef once synonymous with New York hits ABC Kitchen and ABC Cocina, Dan Kluger will soon fire up the wood-burning oven at his own (as yet unnamed) restaurant in Manhattan, just north of Washington Square Park. NEW YORK

11. April Bloomfield already makes one of the best burgers in New York at the Spotted Pig, but this fall she’ll be opening a burger-dedicated restaurant with partner Ken Friedman. Salvation Burger, in midtown Manhattan, will offer veggie burgers, hot dogs, and the English chef’s take on the Filet-O- Fish. For the more classic beefy variety, Bloomfield will bake the potato buns, grind the beef shipped in from upstate, make mustard from scratch, and even brine the pickles. NEW YORK
12. Fresh on the heels of his fried chicken sandwich joint, Fuku, David Chang plans to add another jewel to the Momofuku crown in New York, this time in Chelsea. Details are scarce and expectations are very, very high. NEW YORK
13. If you had the pleasure of eating at Manhattan’s A Voce back when Missy Robbins led the Italian fine dining kitchen, then you know exactly how excited to get about Lilia, her new restaurant coming later this month to Brooklyn, a partnership with Matt Kliegman of The Smile and Black Seed. Robbins promises fresh pastas, fish, and plenty of vegetables cooked in the wood- burning grill. NEW YORK
14. Argentine hotelier Alan Faena will throw open the doors to his latest luxury property, in Miami Beach, this November with several exciting new restaurants. During Basel next year, plan to feast on Argentine grilled meats at Francis Mallmann’s Los Fuegos (and a yet-to-be-named restaurant from Austin-based chef Paul Qui). MIAMI

One of the most interesting and exciting culinary collaborations in recent history is the one between chefs Roy Choi and Daniel Patterson, who are hard at work on their new fast-food concept LocoL.
