Sweeney’s bar and hotel, located on Dublin's busy Dame Street, has received bids in excess of €4 million after CBRE initially invited offers over €3.5 million.
According to The Irish Times, the building, which houses a music venue with bars and a small 15-bedroom hotel, opened in 2008 and has "proven a popular attraction for locals as well as tourists because of its proximity to Trinity College, Dublin Castle and the Guinness Storehouse".
Sweeney's is a six-storey over basement building with bars at basement, ground and first floor levels and a fully fitted catering kitchen and stores on the second floor.
