Roe & Co Whiskey is bringing an explosion of flavour to the Dublin 8 distillery located in the heart of The Liberties, with a new line up of local restaurants taking over Roe & Co's Summer Garden for a summer whiskey and food pairing experience.

Roe & Co's Summer Garden will welcome Crudo in June with its Mediterranean focussed menu, followed by Órale's Mexican inspired cooking in July and finally Hakkahan's Chinese menu in August.
Taking place on the outdoor patio at the Roe & Co distillery, these pop ups mark the start of the Roe & Co Summer Garden 2023, a whiskey and food pairing experience, previously known as D-8TE, that has been running for 3 years now.
Crudo
Crudo, a recent winner of best casual dining in the 2023 Irish Restaurant Awards, is a neighbourhood seafood restaurant, inspired by Mediterranean fare and lifestyle.

Hakkahan
Hakkahan's literal translation means "man from Hakka". This summer it will provide Roe & Co guests with a modern Chinese menu.
