American multinational beverage producer Keurig Dr Pepper has received permission from Kildare County Council to expand a former Lidl distribution warehouse in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, so that it will be suitable to serve as a manufacturing facility for the company.
According to The Irish Times, Keurig Dr Pepper is aiming to expand and diversify its supply chain by opening a manufacturing facility on the site of the former Lidl warehouse in Newbridge, and the company has already started advertising for a number of senior positions at the planned facility.
Expansion Cost
It is estimated that the expansion of the warehouse will cost €2 million.
